Arabica Blend A mildly roasted, well balanced blend with a touch of acidity and a fine aromatic note. It is composed of the finest South and Central American Arabicas. Each coffee in this blend is roasted seperately before blending to make a particularly subtle and original bouquet Roast: Light	Dark Roast Blend A strong, full bodied, and intense coffee, this dark slow roasted blend is made from the finest indonesian arabicas. Organic Blend Organic Coffee producers are restricted from using agrochemicals such as synthetic nitrogen fertilizers, thus depend upon soil management techniques to provide nutrients to their coffee crop. Our Organic select is sourced from farms in Mexico's and Peru's classic coffee growing regions. It has a lovely, textured body, lush fruit tones, and a spicy cocoa note. Roast: Light	97% Decaffeinated A light and delicated decaffeinated blend which strikes a good balance between mildness and acidity. Its character is enhanced by just enough African coffees that add a hint of cereal on the palate. Roast: Dark	Sumatran Mandheling An excellent cup.
